00:24Susan, good morning. We are just arriving here in this part of Commonwealth Avenue that is surrounded by Old Balarac, Quezon City.

00:34There are several members of Southern Tagalog Village where they will be holding this morning their program that they call State of the Region Address or SORA.

00:44But it is only a few meters from here, Susan, from the Diliman Doctors' Hospital where earlier this morning, the police were already there.

00:52More than 2,000 police were deployed in the area.

00:55Including the Regional Mobile Force Battalion of NCRPO, there are also police from Southern Police District, Manila Police District, Northern Police District, Calabar Zone and Central Luzon.

01:08The MMDA also spread concrete barriers in three lanes of the road.

01:12Only up to there will the protesters be allowed to protest today.

01:16The SABTAS Unit Commander insisted that the police should be given maximum tolerance for all hours.
