00:00Sanusi Nur's chief minister, Sanusi Nur,
00:04made a second appeal to the Garak Prosecutor's Office
00:08to drop two charges of issuing a statement of incitement regarding the king.
00:13His lawyer, Awang Armada Jaya Awang Mahmud,
00:16informed the High Court Judge, Aslam Zainuddin,
00:19that there was a latest development in the case.
00:22In that order, Awang Armada Jaya proposed a two-month suspension
00:27and it was supported by the Chief Justice, Masri Daud,
00:31to allow the State Prosecutor's Office to investigate the two representations.
00:36The court then set September 27 as the date for the re-mentioning of the case.
00:41Last May, the State Prosecutor's Office rejected the first representation
00:45filed by Sanusi to drop the two charges.
00:49Sanusi faced two charges of incitement
00:52in connection with the resignation of the Chief Minister of Selangor
00:55and the establishment of a co-government in one political sphere.
