00:07I think over the past year, it's been a learning curve, but all good.

00:24coming into the dinner room, loving what we do, amazing guests.
00:29Worthing itself has been so welcoming to what we do here and it's a massive part of what we do here.
00:36The guests we have, we've been lucky enough to have people say really nice things and enjoy what we do.
00:44We couldn't be more thankful. The team and myself really, really appreciate the love and the feedback,

01:01Has Worthing been the perfect place for this restaurant, would you say?
01:04I think Worthing has been the perfect place. We're so lucky with the views we've got, the coastline,
01:09and the produce we can get, the wines, all of the south coast.
01:14It's been a great place for this restaurant and I think we couldn't have asked for a better place here.
01:19You mentioned you've had events and various things going on, so if someone hasn't tried you out already,
01:24what would you say to them to come and try you out?
01:26If you haven't tried us out already, pop down on Sunday brunch if you want to test the waters and try what we do there.
01:31It's a little bit more relaxed and fine dining and stuff.
01:34Book a table at one of our wine producer evenings and come down and see what we do.
01:40It's usually a pretty good crowd for the events and we're getting a lot of regulars now, which is amazing.
