03:32In this context, India's economic growth continues to be the shining exception
03:41and will remain so in the years ahead.
03:44India's inflation continues to be low, stable and moving towards the 4% target.
03:57Co-inflation, i.e. non-food and non-fuel, currently is 3.1%.
04:19I am happy to announce the Prime Minister's package of five schemes
04:25and initiatives to facilitate employment,
04:29skilling and other opportunities for 4.1 crore youths
04:35over a five-year period,
04:39with a central outlay of 2 lakh crore rupees.
04:44I will speak about them shortly,
04:47while more details may be seen in the annexure.
04:52This year, I have made a provision of 1.48 lakh rupees,
04:571.48 lakh crore rupees for education, employment and skilling.
