Kerr 'pleased' with USA progress after Germany victory

Team USA head coach Steve Kerr says the side are 'all committed' & 'making strides' ahead of the Olympic Games

00:00Yeah, I'm pleased with our progress, but I know we can get better.

00:04And part of the deal with USA basketball is you're putting together teams very quickly.

00:09And we have a higher ceiling than other teams.

00:13They have the advantage with continuity.

00:15You know, Germany has been playing together literally since they were kids.

00:19So that's the challenge for us is to keep making strides.

00:24But I love these guys.

00:25They're all committed.

00:26They're all unselfish.

00:27And they're really good defensively.

00:30And we've got to continue to connect the game and get a little more flow offensively.

00:35But I think we're going to get better and better.
