A second person charged over death of pedestrian in Logan
Police have charged a second person over the death of a 23-year-old Queensland mother. A 27-year-old man believed to have been known to the victim was not in the court for a brief mention this morning.

00:07woman was fatally struck by an SUV at Daisy Hill, south of Brisbane, on Friday morning.
00:1423-year-old Keisha Thompson had just dropped her daughter at daycare when she was hit and
00:18she died in hospital that night.
00:20The alleged driver, 24-year-old Larissa Rita Maylee Sandt, has also been charged with murder
00:26and has been remanded in custody after her matter was heard in court on Monday.
00:31Police say the women were known to each other.
00:33Police allege the man was involved in the planning and preparation of the alleged murder
00:38but was not in the car.
