00:00In 1913, there was a brewery, a nice beer, good beer.
00:08The story is, five years ago, the city of Pilsen started to reconstruct this place
00:14because our community, the innovators, it was bigger and bigger, this community.
00:19And we need a better place, a bigger place.
00:22They can come there, do what they want.
00:25They have a co-work place, they have some garage.
00:28So five years ago, the city of Pilsen started to reconstruct this place,
00:31and last year, 2023, we opened it.
00:36We work with the children 6 to 15, then 16 plus,
00:40then with the startups to give them mentoring, to give them some money.
00:45We cooperate with high schools, with universities, and with companies.
00:49They do projects together, they make teams, they can make startups, so it helps.
00:55Yeah, we want to keep the people here, we want to keep the students here,
00:59and they should continue to the university in Pilsen.
01:03So it's why the place is here too, because, you know, if we have some interesting project,
01:09the high school students come here, and they can continue on the university.
01:13So it can be great, yeah.
