00:50Until 6 p.m., the Giant Flood Advisory was raised in some parts of the Ilocos Region,

00:55Cordillera, Cagayan Valley, Central Zone, Calabarzon, Mimaropa, Bicol, and Western Visayas.

01:01The threat of flooding is the effect of the rain brought by the strong winds and storm.
