00:00The women's team, Mike, as you know, really dynamic.
00:08It's probably between them, France and Spain, maybe to take the gold here.
00:13They take on Zambia coming up.
00:16And you know, honestly, I mean, I'm looking at these odds and this is a very big waste
00:19of time.
00:20I guess we'll just show it to you here because if you want to bet anything here, you're out
00:23of your mind.
00:24So let's go right to after they beat Zambia, the odds to win the gold medal.
00:30We have Team USA at plus 175, followed by Spain, France, and Germany, and then some
00:35long shots after that.
00:36So let's start off with your favorite to win the gold, your sleeper to win the gold, and
00:42kind of where things stand for Team USA.
00:44Yeah, I'm surprised that the U.S. is favored, to be honest with you.
00:48They have not been scoring goals at all, and that's been a persistent problem going back
00:53to last year's World Cup, and it's not really changed.
00:56So I'm not excited about their chances to win gold.
01:00I think Spain is a better bet at this point.
01:04I am really shocked, to be honest with you, that they would be the overall favorite.
01:10Maybe they get it together, but I haven't liked the three-player front line.
01:13I wrote about this today.
01:14I talked to Emma Hayes yesterday as part of a conference call, and she's sticking with
01:19players who've played together and trying to build connections because she's a new coach.
01:24But they don't have a striker out there, and they're not scoring goals.
01:28I think that's connected.
01:29I think they need to get Jaden Shaw more time.
01:31I don't think 20 minutes a game is enough time for her to do her absolute best.
