TMZ obtained this video of Kroy's run-in with cops in late June outside the couple's Georgia home, where neighbors called authorities to report the Biermann's Cane Corso -- named Stone -- for getting out into the community and terrifying some folks on the streets.

00:00More police action.
00:01Indeed. At a location we have seen the police many, many times.
00:06The home of Kim Zolciak and Croy Bierman.
00:08They're having an issue with their dog.
00:11They have a caned Corso.
00:13Even the dog's involved now.
00:15Yeah, Stone. Look at Stone.
00:17The police say he's guilty of terrorizing the neighborhood.
00:20This happened actually back in June.
00:22We just got the body cam footage of the officers showing up to talk to Croy about this.
00:28I don't think Kim was even home at the point.
00:30No, she wasn't.
00:31But they talked to Croy about the fact that they had gotten a call from neighbors who came face-to-face with the dog.
00:37The dog's been running around the neighborhood.
00:39And they were terrified that the dog was going to attack.
00:42It didn't actually bite anyone.
00:44But here was their conversation with Croy, who you can tell is kind of fed up with run-ins with the police at his home.
00:52We got a call from a loose dog.
00:55There was an aggressive call from his neighbor or something like that?
00:58They do it all day, every day.
01:01We've had animal patrol calls every 10-plus times on us.
01:05We're in the public eye.
01:07We're going through a very nasty divorce.
01:09The community does not like us.
01:11This is harassment.
01:13The city ordinance says that an animal has to be confined to your property.
01:16I'm being fined for my dog being on private property?
01:19Within the city, it has to be confined to your property.
01:24This is my property.
01:26What do you mean?
01:27This is my property because I pay HOA dues, so I have a right to have this property.
01:32The way the law is interpreted is your dog is confined to your property.
01:36Like I said, I agree.
01:38We probably aren't going to come to an agreement today.
01:40So, I mean, the interaction goes on a while.
01:44You can tell he's obviously kind of like holding his tongue.
01:46He doesn't want to exactly say how annoyed he is that they're there about this dog.
01:50So, essentially, he told cops that his gate was broken.
01:54That's how the dog got out.
01:55It's a massive dog.
01:57Essentially, that morning, it had two incidents.
01:59It lunged at a woman who was walking with her friend who actually had to jump into—
02:03Allegedly, sir.
02:04Allegedly.
02:05Allegedly.
02:06And this woman told cops she had to jump into a random person's car who was driving by because she was scared.
02:12And then another guy said the dog ran at him and his dog and that he's been carrying pepper spray
02:18because he's scared walking around the neighborhood because he's such a menace.
02:21Having done people's court for 157 years, I can tell you that according to the law, the leash law,
02:27and confining animals, you need a fence.
02:31And the fence needs to secure the dog.
02:34And if it's not securing the dog, you're violating the law.
02:37What if you can't afford to fix your gate?
02:40They're having money issues.
02:42Then leave the dog inside and take him out on a leash.
02:45But that's the law.
02:47All right.
02:48Listen, we've got new litigants coming into the court right now.
02:51Let's go see.
02:52I'm going to go into the crowd and ask their opinion during the break.
