00:00One of the motor tankers was killed in Limay, Bataan.

00:17The oil spill is the most alarming because of this more than 1 million liters of oil.

00:43The tanker was heading to Iloilo where it had 1.4 million liters of industrial fuel oil.

00:5016 passengers were saved immediately.

00:524 of them were needed to be treated.

00:55In the afternoon, the authorities found the missing crew member but he is no longer alive.

01:01According to the owner of the MT Terra Nova, Portavagas Ship Management,

01:05the Coast Guard stopped their scheduled voyage from 5 Limay, Bataan on July 22.

01:10But they were allowed to leave the next day.

01:13But when it came to the area that was hit, they were hit by a big wave and a strong flow of water.

01:18The boat tried to turn around before returning to Limay.

01:22While they were returning, at 11.30 PM, it slowly started to shake.

01:26When they tried to turn around at PCG, the Coast Guard did not allow them to do so.

01:32The PCG carried out an aerial survey as part of their oil spill response operations.

01:37The PCG is also helping oil spill response organizations to stop the spread of oil.

01:43According to Bataan PCG, there is no oil that has escaped from the cargo of the boat.

01:48The oil slick that was seen earlier is a possible fuel of the boat or fuel from the deck and the hull of the boat.

01:54The PCG target is for the oil spill of the tanker within 7 days.

01:59The depth of our Manila Bay is about 30 meters.

04:24The floods in Lagos, Nilad, almost reached the part of the overpass where cars can pass.

04:30The water reached up to 13 floors.

04:33The water was not removed immediately even though the pumping operations of the Manila DRRMO and PFP trucks did not stop.

04:47Three people were taken to the hospital in Manila.

04:49One of them was a three-year-old girl who drowned in the flood and two of them were electrocuted.

04:56They are still investigating if they were electrocuted.

04:59In the inspection of the Manila City Electrician's Office, they found illegal connections or jumpers in the lights of the road.

05:11So if it really floods, there can be electricity in the area or on the ground.

07:12In the aftermath of the flood last night, the rescue mission in Marikina was about to return to the tragedy.

07:18Due to the strong flow of water on the side of the road at the boundary of Barangay Santo Nino and Malanday,

07:24the rescue boat sank. Eight rescuers were on board and six were rescued.

07:29When we were about to leave Esquinita, we had a hard time because the current of the water suddenly increased.

07:37Then eventually, the water came in and we sank.

07:42That is why the rescuers had to be rescued again, even if it was already dangerous.

07:47We were immediately chased when we were rescued.

07:50That was the first thing we did. We still took the safety of the rescuers.

09:23The man is still in pain. He was stranded in the barge for more than 8 hours.

09:29He was brought to Mission Hospital in Pasig.

09:37The barges at the back are crashing into the bridge.

09:43As far as we know, everything is safe. But unfortunately, one of the barges was left behind.

09:49But there are still many problems. When I came back, the place where the barges crashed, according to the DPWH,

09:55was tied with a rope according to the Standard Operating Procedure.

09:59Nothing bad happened. This is a purely accident and although it's still under investigation.

10:05What happened is that the current is too strong.

10:08I'm here now at the bottom of the F. Manalo Bridge where the barges that crashed into the rope are more visible.

11:33Executive order to implement the ban on all Pogo in Patna,

11:37according to Solicitor General Menardo Guevara.

11:40Guevara explained that under the law,

11:43all gaming operations are under the jurisdiction of PACCOR,

11:47which is under the Office of the President.

11:51Therefore, under the law,

11:53a government policy that was ordered by the President can now be revoked.

11:58In his 3rd State of the Nation Address,

12:00President Bongbong Marcos mentioned that the Pogo operation will end in 2024.

12:07Of course, the suspect in this case is Voice Phishing,

12:11arrested by General Trias Cavite.

12:17while the bankers are pretending to be able to convert their credit card points into cash.

12:24To do that, they need to be given a one-time PIN that will be sent to their bank.

12:29But that PIN is the key to access and mask the contents of the bank account when being called.

12:36The suspects were able to get cell phones and registered SIMs

12:40that they use for voice phishing.

12:43The PNP does not rule out the possibility

12:45that the suspects have connections inside the bank.

12:48The PNP will file a complaint under the Access Devices Regulation Act

12:53against the arrested suspects.

12:54The PNP is also studying the possibility of economic sabotage.

12:58The suspects are yet to be released.

13:01More than 700 boxes of different kinds of frozen meat products from China

13:06were confiscated during the raid in Marabon.

13:09The hot meat worth Php 2.5 million expired in 2022.

13:15Some of the meat was even earned by the raiding team.

13:19But some boxes were confiscated earlier

13:22because stickers were placed to show that the meat came from Brazil and was not yet expired.

13:27Based on the certification obtained by the NBI in the National Meat Inspection Service or NMIS,

13:33meat products are unfit for human consumption.

13:37The owner of the company was charged with raiding the Meat Inspection College of the Philippines.
