00:00Four suspects previously remanded in connection with the kidnapping of six-year-old Albertine

00:10Iskandar Putri District Police Chief, Assistant Commissioner M. Kumarasan stated that the
00:15remand order against the four suspects, aged 28 to 55, was not extended after it expired
00:21on Friday.
00:22Johor Police Chief Commissioner M. Kumar had indicated on Thursday that the suspects might
00:28be released on police bail once their remand period concluded.
00:33He also noted that the remand period for the 31-year-old suspect found with the victim
00:38in Batangkali would end on Tuesday.
00:41According to Johor Police, none of the five suspects have any familial ties to the victim
00:46or her parents, and the family didn't receive any ransom demands.
00:51Albertine was reported missing around 8.30pm on Saturday by her parents, who ran a business
00:57at the Bon Odori Festival at the Eco Galleria Business Centre in Iskandar Putri.
01:03She was found 370 kilometres away in Batangkali, Selangor at 4.45am on Tuesday.
