An extreme cleaner spends up to five days transforming strangers' homes - for free.

Diana Jones, 23, started cleaning peoples homes after giving her mum's, house a "deep clean".

Since she started, Diana has cleaned 10 houses in total and said it can take up to five days to finish.

She said the houses are the "worst environment" she will find herself in but said it is rewarding when she sees the final result.

Diana, a cleaner, from Manchester, said: "Some families will reach out to be as their family member is struggling or has a disability.

"Every single situation is different and I think it is incredible that so many people ask me for help.

"The recent house I did was a hoarder house. The living conditions were poor and it took me five whole days.

"I love the fact I am able to help people and their reaction is always emotional."

00:00re-clean this house with me. The family that lives here are still living here today. They have
00:04running water and heating and absolutely nothing else. That's why I'm here to, as they say, save the day.
01:00Five hours I got most of the kitchen done and this bath and the floor and I don't know how I did it.
01:16But for tonight I'll be happy that someone's got a sink and a bath and we'll go again tomorrow with
01:19a clear mind. Nothing but a big backache job and like somehow my back carried this whole freaking
01:30process. I completely forgot that I had the sink footage. I don't know if you can see the flies
01:33but there are literally hundreds of those little things. Today was the big job. The removal of the
01:37rubbish in the living room. I don't think anything really prepares you for something like that so you
01:40just get stuck in. Personally I just loved doing this room. Please don't ask me what I found in
01:44here. Look at that, I don't know the answer. Guys, there was nothing that was salvageable and the tenants
01:47asked me to throw everything away. Now guess how long it took me to bag everything from this room?
01:51It took me two and a half hours. To be fair I am impressed with myself. Now I know that some people
01:55will not agree with this but the tenant told me they needed pots and pans to cook with and guys
01:58these are the only things that I saved just because they could be saved. There was no mice, rats,
02:02roaches, you name it. Just a ton of flies. The council are currently involved and we're trying to
02:07arrange a skip for all of this rubbish. Honestly as the process was moving the room started to look
02:11like a new room. You could see the floor, it was just amazing. I didn't even think to use the dustpan
02:15as a shovel but it definitely sped the process up. This room definitely needed the shovel.
02:20Transformation time. This was super satisfying, okay? Three, two, one. This whole freaking space looks so
02:27different. Guys, I did not finish the job today but the family that lives here is super super
02:31appreciative and again I am just glad that I can help. You can see the floor, like you can see the
02:35whole floor and then I wiped down and disinfected anything in that room and as for the pans that I
02:39saved, I gave them a really really really really good scrub too. I am going back to this property
02:43after the weekend because guys, these are the rooms that I have not even touched yet and I want to be
02:46able to do them all. So if you made it this far then thank you and I love you.
