00:28Ding Dong Dantes, Rocco Nasino, and Miss Universe Philippines 2021, Beatriz Luigi Gomez arrived at Malanday Elementary School in Marikina
00:42to help the GMA Kapuso Foundation in giving relief goods to those affected by the typhoon Karina.
00:53It was automatic for Rocco and Beatriz to help in times like this.
01:01These are the things we do as reservists.
01:04One of the few things that we do as reservists, especially in the GMA Kapuso Foundation right now in Marikina.
01:13It's like we're able to bring smiles here, so that's a big thing for us.
01:18Personally, I experienced this in 2021 during ODEH, so I know what it feels like.
01:26Ding Dong also went to Barangay Taniong to bring relief goods.
01:33I'm very, very proud of all of them.
01:36Because you know, kindness is the new wealth.
01:41And it is very important to use celebrity for charity.
01:46How was the experience of Ding Dong, Rocco, and Beatriz in the midst of the unceasing rain yesterday?
01:56Thank God, it was okay.
01:58It's just sad that some are not okay.

03:57Though they're safe, there were some items that were damaged.
04:01That's why they know the importance of helping.
04:04As much as possible, if I'm capable to help other people, I'm always willing to help.
04:09Sangrif Lamara and TikTok host Faith Da Silva and Jason Gainza also volunteered.
04:16Maybe this is the smallest thing that we can do
04:19to help them, aside from our prayers.
04:22The Quezon City Reservists of the Philippine Army also volunteered to carry relief goods.
04:28Including the singer and Army Reservist, First Lieutenant Ronnie Liang.
04:32Yesterday, in the midst of the heavy rain,
04:36Ronnie also personally joined the rescue operations in Barangay Rojas District in Quezon City.
04:42It feels good to help.
04:45The Reservists are volunteers.
