00:13In a pot, add 1 litre of natural milk and bring to a boil
00:18The milk has come to a boil
00:20Now in a small bowl, add 4 tablespoons of lemon juice
00:24Add a little water to dilute the lemon juice and add it to the hot milk
00:30Turn off the flame and keep stirring with a spoon
00:33This will break the milk
00:35Abesheer and Chhena will separate
00:37See, Chhena and Abesheer have separated
00:39Now place a large sieve on a large bowl
00:41Place a muslin cloth over it
00:43and pour the Chhena mixture over it
00:45This will bring the Abesheer to the bottom of the bowl
00:48and the Chhena will remain on the muslin cloth
