00:00President Bongbong Marcos ordered the creation of an agency task force to deal with oil spills in Bataan.

00:06In a hill in Bulacan, it became a center of relief for the widespread flooding in the province.

00:16The President saw the widespread flooding in Bulacan from the Himpapawid when he conducted an aerial survey.

00:21Seventeen towns were flooded by the heavy rain caused by Hurricane Karina.

00:26Some members of the Cabinet and local officials of Bulacan, Pampanga, and Bataan were with him.

00:32The President shared his observations.

00:34The sea water is high, the river water is high, and there are floods in the farmlands.

00:46The President also circled the area where the Motor Tanker Terra Nova sank, near the town of Limay, Bataan.

00:52Oil slicks were clearly visible in the sinking of the ship and the Philippine Coast Guard ship that was spraying oil dispersant.
