00:07The Philippines and China agreed on a rotation and reprovisioning mission in Yongin Shou.
00:13According to Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi,
00:16under the leadership of Foreign Affairs Secretary Enrique Manalo in an ASEAN meeting in Laos,
00:20the Philippines should still fulfill its promises under the agreement
00:24rather than to get involved in any complications.
00:27In a separate post, Manalo encouraged the two countries to follow the agreement.
00:32Yesterday, the RORE mission was conducted in BRP Sierra Madre.
00:36Subsequently, China issued a statement that the agreement between China and the Philippines
