"Here's a video of my two-year-old while visiting grandparents in Ireland," Chloe told WooGlobe. "She is obsessed with dogs and thinks they are all so cute and fluffy."

She mentions twice how cute the doggo is. If it were up to her, she would have left her grandparents' house with the pup as her new pet.
