00:08get started. In metric system, the standard unit of mass is kilogram. A kilogram is divided

00:19into 1000 equal parts called grams. One kilogram is written as kg and one gram is written

00:31as g. Now let's learn how to convert one unit into the other. Converting kilograms

00:39to grams. One kilogram equals 1000 grams. So two kilograms will be two multiplied by

00:501000. That is 2000 grams. Three kilograms will be equal to how many grams? Three will

01:01be multiplied with 1000. Whenever we have to convert kilograms to grams, we always multiply

01:10with 1000 to convert kilograms to grams. So three kilograms equals 3000 grams. Five kilograms is
