00:00I always say that doing plastic surgery is like going through a rollercoaster.
00:05It is scary before you start, it is really wild while you're doing it,
00:10and when you finish and you are down, you just want to do another one.
00:22My name is Luis Padron, and I'm doing plastic surgery to become a real-life fantasy being.
00:27I am a plastic surgery model, I travel around the world doing a lot of crazy procedures
00:33sponsored by surgeons and hospitals.
00:37I was a very lonely child.
00:39I used to be bullied at school because I was very creative, very different.
00:44That's when I decided I wanted to exteriorize what I felt inside, the fantasy inside of me.
00:50I was 14 years old when I decided to do my first surgery.
00:54My parents were okay with that, as long as I paid for it.
01:01After doing my first surgery, my nose job, I felt so good.
01:06I felt like I was finally becoming what I wanted to be, and I knew it wasn't the end.
01:16My face cost around $85,000.
01:19I didn't pay for all of it because most of that has been sponsored since then,
01:24and I have done 32 surgeries in total.
01:31I have done anything you can imagine, since my eye shape, my eye color, my vampire hairline,
01:38big C-nose job, eyeliner, lips, my entire jawline that I did in Korea.
01:46I have done liposuction in my chin, platysmaplasty, my elf ears.
01:56Looking like an elf is important to me because it's how I feel inside.
02:00It's how I want to express and show to the world.
02:08She's my friend Lily Lemoyne. We met each other like a decade ago, long before my first plastic surgery.
02:13She was the one that introduced me to the eye color change surgery.
02:16So, thanks to that, I'm turning my eyes gray.
02:19So, in exchange, I'm gonna get her lips done, her first lip fillers.
02:26Yes, because I have another fillers.
02:37I have two big surgeries coming soon.
02:40I am trying to reshape my entire face again with implants, and I want to see if that's possible.
02:50So, I have a problem, doctor.
02:52I did a V-line in South Korea, and it made my jawline very soft.
02:57I want to do something more square, more sharp,
03:01and I wanted to know if it's possible to do one of these pictures to make me look like that.
03:07I don't want a natural face.
03:10I want something close to perfection, and for me, it's a fantasy picture.
03:16It's okay.
03:17It is possible to do.
03:18It's possible because we designed the implant as she wishes.
03:25Plastic surgery isn't for everybody.
03:27My life changed a lot since the transformation.
03:30For the same reasons I was bullied before in school,
03:34now I am loved by people, and many people follow my journey.
03:38Many people send me lovely messages and get to know me,
03:42so that really makes me very happy.
