00:00Can you tell us how you started as a broadcaster?

00:05I used to work as a PSA in the government.

00:08I worked a lot in the Department of Science and Technology.

00:11I was a cameraman there.

00:12I did script writing.

00:14But since I was just a contractual,

00:16maybe after a year and a half of working in the government,

00:19suddenly, I didn't renew my contract.

00:22When I came back, I was working at the same time.

00:25I was the one studying.

00:26One time, my dean in the Lyceum of the Philippines

00:29told me,

00:30Oh, I have an audition for Radio Veritas.

00:33The commercial Radio Veritas.

00:35After the revolution,

00:361986 revolution,

00:37Radio Veritas opened as a commercial station.

00:40He said,

00:42Maybe you can.

00:43Because I feel,

00:44my dean that day,

00:45I was one of their pillars.
