00:42In the last count of DepEd, out of more than 842 schools,
00:45the class did not open on the first day of his return to school.
00:49He said that 800,000 students were affected.
00:54He said that Saturday classes can be held to fill the missing school day.
00:59But 98% of the schools in the country are still open,
01:04like Carmona National High School,
01:06where the rain is not a problem because of the high location.
01:08But 27 classrooms are missing, so the classes are shifting from grades 9 to 10.
01:14He said that early procurement activities need to be changed,
01:17like what DPWH is doing,
01:19so that the assessment and actual implementation of classroom construction will be faster.
01:23He said that blended learning needs to be improved
01:26so that if students cannot attend due to various reasons,
01:30like calamity, their learning will not stop.
01:33The facilities of Baguio and Hapagat are already funded by the National Government.

01:47The administration of VP Sara Duterte prohibited classroom decorations,
