00:09According to Solicitor General Leonardo Guevara,

00:12Goh, who is better known as Alice Leal Goh,

00:17is illegally holding a position as the Mayor of Bamban, Tarlac.

00:21The Soldier explained that Goh is not Filipino but a Chinese national,

00:27which is why he cannot hold any position in the country.

00:31The official added that Goh has a right to leave the position

00:37and that it is considered a serious dishonesty.
