00:00As we secure our communities, we will also secure our border.

00:04On my very first day back in the White House,

00:07I will terminate every single open border policy

00:09of the Biden-Harris administration.

00:13And we will seal the border,

00:15and we will stop the horrible invasion into our country.

00:20It's an invasion.

00:24You know, I built hundreds of miles of border wall.

00:26If we didn't have that, but then when we left,

00:29we were going to add an extra 200 miles, actually, more than —

00:32much more than I said we were going to do,

00:33and close up certain sections that we had to,

00:36for legal reasons, keep open for a little while.

00:39And they didn't want to do it.

00:40I said, wow, they don't want to do it.

00:41Does that mean that they actually want —

00:43nobody thought they really wanted open borders.

00:45They talked about open borders,

00:47but nobody thought that could be possible.

00:49But they wanted open borders. We couldn't believe it.

00:52No person in American politics has been more of an open-border

00:56zealot than Border Czar Harris. This was a open border.

01:01She was talking about open borders for a long time,

01:04before anybody was even listening.

01:06You have to see her tapes and her statements

01:08that she made a few years ago before this got —

01:12fell into her lap, I guess you could say.

01:14Very undemocratic.

01:16Kamala supported abolishing ICE.

01:18And these are incredible patriots.

01:20These are tough people that go into a pack of MS-13 gang

01:25members in Long Island.

01:26And you see the fists flying and everything flying.

01:29The MS-13, they killed two young girls —

01:3216-year-old girls — walking to school,

01:34and they cut them up with a knife

01:35because they didn't want to use a gun because it's too fast.

01:38They cut them up. Two beautiful young kids going to school.

01:41They cut them up.

01:43And MS-13 is probably the most violent of the gangs,

01:47although now we have some coming in

01:48that might make them look good.

01:50But what happened — what happened is ICE went in,

01:54saw them.

01:56These guys walked right into the middle,

01:57and they start swinging. Three minutes goes up,

02:00and they're bringing these guys from MS-13 out.

02:02They're unconscious. Bringing them out like this

02:04and putting them into a paddy wagon.

02:06And we took them out and brought them back to their country,

02:09or we put them in jail in some case.

02:11No, the ICE agents are great patriots.

02:16The Border Patrol are great patriots.

02:19But she was really something.

02:22She compared ICE agents to members of the KKK.

02:26She voted in favor of deadly sanctuary cities

02:28where you protect the criminals at all costs.

02:31She supports decriminalizing illegal border crossings,

02:34and she supports mass amnesty for all illegal aliens,

02:39even if they happen to be criminals from another country.

02:44Under Border Czar Harris, millions of migrants

02:47are pouring across our border.

02:48They are coming not just from South America.

02:51They're coming from Africa, Asia, the Middle East.

02:54They're coming from everywhere.

02:57And as I said before, they're coming from prisons and jails.

03:00There's a slight difference. A slight difference.

03:03Mental institutions and sane asylums

03:05and terrorists at levels that we've never seen before.

03:08We have terrorists coming in at levels

03:10that we've never seen come in before.

03:12You know, the Border Patrol did a statement

03:14on terrorism and terrorists.

03:15They said, in 2019, one of my four years —

03:19now, I think they were wrong on this,

03:21but I'm going to tell you anyway, I love it —

03:24they said zero. They had zero. Is that right?

03:26I think, Paul. They had zero terrorists

03:29coming in in the year 2019.

03:32Now, I think they were wrong because I don't know

03:33how that could be, but they had zero.

03:37Now they have thousands and thousands

03:39of the hardest, meanest terrorists coming in,

03:43and it's not going to end well.

03:45But we're going to go right to work

03:46and we're going to get them the hell out of here.

03:48And you know who knows who they are?

03:49The local police.

03:51Our local police, they know their middle name.

03:53They know everything about them.

03:56Meanwhile, our crime rate is going up

03:58while the crime statistics all over the world are plunging.

04:01Because all over the world,

04:02unless they're run by very stupid people,

04:05they're taking their criminals and they're dumping them.

04:07We're like a dumping ground.

04:08They're dumping them into the United States.
