00:00So incredibly happy to have come away with a another medal with Noah and you know for me the achievement was getting back to
00:07competition readiness
00:09Within a year is something that I didn't necessarily expect to be able to do and to be able to
00:14Put on a performance today that was our international personal best together
00:18but to be able to be in front of my family and do that was
00:21Extremely special and I can't wait to actually get to speak to them and see them after this. I don't know
00:26I think you know, I was so
00:28Proud to have been able to decide to come back after two years of you know that at 15 months ago
00:33I was sitting on the sofa doing nothing and to then be able to
00:37Get back into some kind of competition shape and for me this year
00:40It was having that sense of perspective being able to balance
00:45being with my family and being able to train and it's the happiest I've been in diving in all of these years because
00:52Like it's diving wasn't necessarily my top priority. Of course, it was extremely important
00:57But there is nothing more important than my children and being able to spend time with them
01:01So I just did my training schedule to train once per day Monday through Friday
01:07and was then able to enjoy from
01:11Basically, I would train 7 till 10 a.m. Each morning and then spend the rest of the day with my kids
