00:00Let's go.
00:01I hereby announce the inauguration of Mr. Anwar Bin Ibrahim, Prime Minister.
00:09There is always a threat to the safety net, whether from the inside or from the outside.
00:16I don't mean to be afraid, but I am worried because there are people who are uncomfortable.
00:22What should I worry about? A safe country? Enough food?
00:28The country is recorded with a proud growth rate.
00:33The latest growth rate is 58%.
00:37Inflation is still 2%.
00:40Unemployment rate is decreasing.
00:42Investment is increasing.
00:44It's true.
00:45And we have to give a boost to economic growth.
00:48Without underestimating the importance, without neglecting the important aspects,
00:57such as values,
00:59such as how we manage the country,
01:03including the safety net.
01:06If the safety net is to protect the country,
01:09then the way to achieve it also has to be responsible.
01:13Because of our experience,
01:16it's not just about the army, the police,
01:19and other troops.
01:24Sometimes,
01:26the procurement is to guarantee safety.
01:29Agree, agree.
01:30So, the procurement has to be increased.
01:32But don't buy it.
01:34It causes too much frustration.
01:38And this must be stopped.
01:41When we talk,
01:42it's about guaranteeing safety.
01:44When we take action,
01:46it's about personal gain.
01:48This is the attitude that ruins the country's interest.
01:52That's why,
01:53as you know,
01:54I'm a bit hard on this.
01:57I'm not liked by many.
02:00But there's no choice.
02:02If we really want to believe in protecting the country's safety,
02:07then, from the beginning,
02:10in all levels,
02:11including procurement,
02:13if not, look,
02:15the fate of our warplanes,
02:17the fate of our planes,
02:19and compared to the large number of orders that are given every year.
02:24That's why I want to thank
02:26the leaders of the security agencies,
02:28both ATM and PDRM,
02:30because,
02:31back to the foundation,
02:33ensuring that the procurement must follow the right rules and regulations,
02:39and not for the interests of agents,
02:44both domestic and foreign.
02:47I'm saddened by this because of the issue of safety.
02:51As Nusyuan said,
02:54even though it's not talked about much,
02:56but there must be our main focus.
03:01The issue of safety,
03:03the issue of crime,
03:05the issue of cybercrime,
03:07must be addressed.
03:10Because this is the only way for our country's safety and future.
