00:04I appreciate the gentleman for yielding.

00:06Mr. Speaker, I rise today in support of this necessary rebuke of Vice President Kamala

00:10Harris's abject failure to do anything meaningful to secure the southern border and protect

00:15American citizens and her responsibility as borders are of the Biden-Harris administration.

00:21Since Harris was given this critically important national security role, control of our southern

00:25border has been handed over to ruthless and deadly Mexican cartels, who were aided by

00:31policies and spending from this administration to engage in the most massive government-sanctioned

00:38human trafficking effort we have seen in American history.

00:41Indeed, because of the Vice President's staggering negligence and outright contempt of actually

00:47protecting our nation, we have seen the largest amount of human slavery in America since before

00:52the Civil War.

00:53Dozens are sold as sex slaves.

00:56Others are forced to work at gunpoint in illegal marijuana farms.

00:59And tens of thousands of other illegal immigrants have simply gone missing because once Biden

01:04and Harris trafficked them to destinations across the country, they are dropped with

01:09people who are part of cartel human trafficking rings.

01:13To make this worse, cartels operate gangs in virtually every part of America, which

01:18has led to increased domestic violence, rapes, murders, and more than 100,000 dead Americans

01:24because of fentanyl poisoning.

01:26Young women and children have been slaughtered in every state as a direct result of Vice

01:31President Harris's dereliction of duty.

01:34But we should not at all be surprised that the end goal for Vice President Harris was

01:39to drive this invasion, regardless of the chaos, pain, and loss of life on American

01:44citizens.

01:45After all, then-presidential candidate Harris plainly stated that she wanted to decriminalize

01:50illegal immigration, she wanted to give free taxpayer-funded health care to illegal immigrants,

01:55and she serves in a party who has openly stated that they want vast illegal immigration to

01:59help them with census data, with populating congressional districts, and holding on to

02:03electoral college power for failing liberal states.

02:06The long-term damage done and being done to America can be tracked directly back to Vice

02:11President Harris.

02:12It's time that this House spoke clearly and definitively against her willful acts.
