Girl's window check turns frightening when bats suddenly fly out

Sometimes the most ordinary tasks can take a wild turn.

Carmen Serrano was relaxing at home when her mom decided she could be a little helper.

Her mom asked her to check on the windows and see if they needed a fresh coat of paint.

Even though Carmen wasn't too excited about the task, she decided to do her best and pushed it open.

She got a big surprise!

A whole bunch of bats came flying out from behind the window.

They weren't expecting her any more than she was expecting them, and it startled her so much that she let out a scream!
