00:05You've also been around a lot of veteran teammates.
00:08What is it about Caleb Williams' presence
00:11that makes him different?
00:13You know, we all talk about his abilities and things like that.
00:17I think it's the intangibles.
00:19So I give you a great example.
00:22This was literally just yesterday, last night,
00:24we did our walkthrough.
00:25And we finished the walkthrough, and coach, he's talked,
00:28and players usually break down.
00:29Usually, a veteran breaks it down.
00:31And Caleb wanted to jump into the middle to break it down.
00:33And usually, as a rookie, he's like, oh,
00:35what does this guy got to say?
00:37But no, he honestly, which is like, hey,
00:39first thing he says is, hey, man,
00:40we're all grown men here, right?
00:44As we're going through training camp,
00:46and we all use the hot tub, we all use the cold tub,
00:49we all use the bathroom, and all the areas,
00:51he was like, hey, man, we're getting a little too sloppy.
00:54You know what I'm saying?
00:56We're leaving water bottles, and towels,
00:58and all type of things around.
00:59Custodians have a lot that they have to,
01:01a lot of square footage they have to cover
01:02around this whole building.
01:04Let's try to help them out by cleaning up after ourselves.
01:06And that's just little things, man,
01:07because I just think that when you want to be a great player,
01:10you always focus on the little details.
01:12You know what I mean?
01:12Not even just the details of the play,
01:14but the details of everything around you.
01:16It's this old video of A.R. Reid was kind of talking about
01:18the year they won the Super Bowl,
01:20about how guys were not picking up their towels
01:24after the showers.
01:24And he was just like, man, how are we going to be great
01:26if we can't pick up our towels?
01:27And it's just like little things like that
01:28just makes the guy special.
01:30Like I said, I think Bears fans are in for a treat
