00:34Moscow's ally, Beijing, is accused by NATO of playing a decisive role in the Ukraine

00:40China, which did not condemn the invasion, says it is neutral in the conflict.
00:46It does not deliver weapons to Moscow.
00:48It however provides it with essential equipment for its war effort.
00:52Bilateral trade between Russia and China climbed to around $240 billion last year.
