Gym Tour_ Fail Juice Cleanse_ Fresh Start New Goals

00:00Hello everyone. Welcome back to my channel. I'm Corinna Kova and today I'm going to be
00:28showing you a look around my gym, kind of a before, a failed juice cleanse. You know that
00:35seems to be the pattern in my life and I really have to dig deep and think why I can never finish
00:41something that I start when it comes to fitness. I'm really really bad at it. I always prioritize
00:50work. I always prioritize renovations, prioritize you know you name it and I struggle with mental
00:57health so that's tough as well but all in all I want to start just documenting things so that
01:07maybe I can have some I don't know repercussions not repercussions but some extra drive to show
01:15myself that I can do this. So this will be an introduction into like my gym transformation
01:21that I'm going to be doing and my body transformation that I'm going to be going
01:26through. So I'm going to give myself 30 days that's pretty good for you know something a
01:33goal I'm going to set for myself for eating properly, having my trainer come out three
01:39times a week and at least doing yoga in my yoga studio twice a week. So I really hope I can stick
01:47to it. I think that having this push and showing you guys you know my process and maybe having some
01:53encouragement there maybe even seeing my own results on camera I don't know what it's going
01:58to be or what it's going to take but I really hope to actually complete something like this
02:05because I've never ever ever done it before. So I'm going to show you guys some bodies
02:11uh I'm going to show you guys what's actually going on under here well not under here but like
02:19you know without sucking in and angling it and stuff like that so I'm going to be fair to myself
02:26and totally honest brutally honest with you guys so let's get going. So this was my starting setup
02:34um it worked out for a while but um I painted the room blue because I wanted it blue and red
02:41I had a mirror installed and also a glass gym door you can see there and the closet is a bedroom
02:48closet so now I've got the gym mats and had them installed as you can see here the progress
02:59so then I got the main piece of equipment which is a full training system and now as you can see
03:08I had the builders do a really good job at building this and it is a full body system
03:17um I'll get you the details on screen and then it was time to rip out the closet because I think that
03:25I needed more space I wanted to have the shaker inside there and have everything tucked away neatly
03:33so this was quite a big job um as you can see the walls turned out really rough so my plan was to
03:43get mirrors installed in there as well and so I had the guys come over and install the mirrors
03:49into the closet this gives it a really open and larger look and I just loved it
03:57the mirrors were just setting at this point
04:02so this is the full tour going into my gym the finished product so the peloton right when you
04:11walk in
04:27and then like I said I put the shaker in the closet it's the pulser and I really enjoy using
04:33this piece of equipment after my workout it helps with circulation and cellulite and beside it I
04:40have the smart scale so I can keep track of my body mass index as well as my weight
04:48and the system there it plays from four speakers in the ceiling so that it's an evenly distributed
04:55sound then the piece of equipment is my main piece it is so awesome to use full body interchangeable
05:10the bench there moves in and out goes with the color scheme red and blue so I was really happy
05:16with that I get a lot of use out of basically everything on it and then the Bowflex free weights
05:25they go up to 200 pounds and the Bowflex stair climber it's basically a cross between
05:34a cross trainer and a stair climber so it's a very good piece of equipment
05:42and that is the full gym tour
05:48good morning everyone so today is the day that my juice cleanse arrives
05:55um I'm just waking up and um I know that I got an alert that it's at my doorstep so
06:05I'm excited but I'm kind of dreading it because lately I've been so bad with my eating
06:13um just with my emotions and just trying to keep everything stable for myself it's been a struggle
06:20so I've been compensating with eating too much and I'm just kind of feeling very sluggish and
06:25very lethargic and I'm getting up later and later throughout the day so the point of me going on
06:31this cleanse is to feel better not necessarily lose weight which will be nice but I'm going to
06:38get my weight under control with a personal trainer weekly about three to four times a week starting
06:44this week so I've got another plan the juice cleanse that's three days is definitely not
06:49going to get me to where I want to be but I'm just going to wake up and start the day so
06:55join me while I um definitely struggle going through three days of this juice cleanse
07:18all right so I'm up and I've got my first juice I'm just shaking it really well
07:23it is the total detox I mean sorry total flush no wait it's royal flush
07:31royal flush is the number one for the three-day cleanse and I'm going to consume that now guys
07:41all right so I am on juice number two okay and that is redhead so I'm thinking it's going to
07:49be a lot of carrot in here um different flavor at least it's getting fun guys getting crazy over
07:56here um and then after that I'm going to have my shower and get ready to do some other filming
08:02so yay for that um I'm not feeling too too bad right now I'm a little bit hungry and I'm wanting
08:09my coffee but that's about it so I'm gonna smash this juice and I'll see you guys at number three
08:21so it's two o'clock and I'm just getting through that second juice right
08:25but I'm not gonna lie this is just not rainbows and happy for me I'm trying to stay positive
08:31through it but I just you know I want all these things I used to have well I'm used to having in
08:37the morning and throughout the day coffee and then like a buttery bagel
08:44would be so good right now and I'm just gonna just ignore it and uh try to stay busy that's
08:51my tactic is just gonna stay busy through this cleanse so my cupboard
08:59is looking so delicious with all those carbs but that's what I'm trying to get away from
09:06as I walk away I'll stick to those kind of things now banana fruit
09:18I got in the fridge here is lots of coffee products and yogurt which will
09:22still be fine and I did stock for salads and stuff when I'm done this so
09:28okay guys so I got ready and I filmed a different video but now it's time for juice number three
09:36this one is also a green juice so hopefully I'll like it I am feeling very hungry but I'm just
09:43gonna keep going keep moving along here I must say like it's definitely hard to get all these
09:51I must say like it's definitely hard to get all these juices in in one day so
09:57that's definitely a challenge you consume a lot of liquid
10:00but still feel hungry all right cheers this one's very full
10:05all right I mean so so
10:24all right so I am on juice number four but um it's been a shoot day so I'm really far behind
10:31because it's like eight o'clock at night and this is only four out of six um no out of
10:39hmm well I've lost my brain right now I'm feeling a bit of brain fog like for real so um
10:48and a little bit low energy I'm gonna drink this up and see how it tastes I'll let you guys know
10:53finally something that tastes good to me so this is very gingery citrusy and a little bit fruity
11:01like orange so I'm really really loving this one it's gonna go down nice and easy and I'm really
11:07looking forward to that milky one tonight in the bath so I'm gonna drink this up and then
11:12drink this up and then wash the bottle and I'll talk to you guys at the next one
11:24hi guys it's very late it's um midnight now and I'm actually editing as you can see here
11:35and I'm on juice five so I actually have one more to go right before bed
11:40but that's okay because I'll be up about three more hours so I'll have that uh like I said
11:46at bath time because it's just this like sweet milk I think um this one is a red juice
11:53and it's uh I'm assuming got lots of beet in it so I'm gonna taste that right now
12:06definitely don't want to spill this one

12:16yep that's earthy
12:20so not my flavor not my cup of tea but I'm gonna drink it anyway it's very very very beet
12:28flavored so not much else going on in it I'm just looking forward to that almond milk so
12:34hey guys good morning so it's actually day two on my cleanse here and I'm on number one and it's
12:41quite late in the day so I'm not off to a good start but I'm gonna get going on this and I'll
12:46see you guys at juice number two because it's shoot day so I'll be working late I'll be up
12:51late and hopefully I'll get all my juices in okay guys juice number two
13:00okay guys juice number two I am struggling right now um being a work day and I've been
13:11so busy already and I'm really wanting something for lunch um this is not gonna cut it so I'm a
13:18little bit hangry um and everyone around me is suffering a little bit but um you know in the end
13:28I do want to just get it done it's only one more day after this so um
13:34yeah I don't know is there really a point to these like fad juice cleanses
13:43I'm feeling pretty like sluggish and grumpy and tortured and I don't mean to be like whiny about
13:50it but um you know maybe lose some bloat and like do I feel healthier I don't know
13:57I'd rather just have like my shake and supplement on a daily basis and maybe just like watch what I
14:04eat more so yes this was meant to be a kickstart and I'm gonna do it so cheers to juice number two
14:10on day two but I don't think juice cleanses are my thing but maybe I'm just feeling
14:16maybe tomorrow all the fog will lift so redhead here we go
14:26hey guys so I decided to wake up and be totally honest with you guys it's been about a week since
14:32that juice cleanse um I made it halfway through day two and then I had to have an emergency trip
14:40to a different town so I had to drive and that always stresses me out so that night I ate I also
14:47had the juice and the next day on the road trip I kind of just like put the juice cleanse aside
14:52and just ate like trash um you know and then I still kind of incorporated the juice into like
14:59the next couple days just to drink them so I didn't waste you know $11 juices so anyways I did
15:05not finish and I'm being totally honest but I'm showing you a look into what my plans are in the
15:12next 30 days so I'm gonna do that right now okay so I've kind of marked out exactly where I'm going
15:19to be doing these each week and I folded up my bra top in order for you to see everything
15:27no hiding anything right now ah so this is front so legs apart but arms out
15:43side is hard I'm not sucking in because I'm just going to be honest down
15:52one arm out
15:54in the back
15:59arms out side
16:04I'm relaxed
16:08my other side
16:16okay so that is going to be week one and this is going to be starting the vlog
16:22documentation of what I'm doing in the next 30 days so the next will be a halfway update
16:29about two weeks in my trainer is coming over today and let's get pumped I'm gonna do this
16:37I'm gonna do it for once in my life I'm gonna stick to it I'm gonna eat right
16:42I'm gonna stick to my workout plan so even though I failed at that three-day juice cleanse
16:49I'm definitely not gonna let it get to me and I'm definitely not gonna give up I have definitely
16:56put in some goals in place and documenting it with you guys should really help me stick to things
17:04I'm gonna work out really really hard three times a week with adding in yoga at least once a week in
17:12my yoga studio and my trainer is really really great she comes out to my house and you know
17:20wears a mask and I feel safe so she works me very very hard and she's actually offered me a free meal
17:28plan and we're really going to be focusing on nutrition not necessarily going into like
17:35bodybuilding style but definitely working on better choices and cutting out a lot of the
17:43carb intake that I have and a lot of the sugar intake that I do daily so finding healthy adjustable
17:52habits is really going to help me on this journey to tone and train my body to be stronger and
17:59healthier and overall I just want to have more energy so guys I really appreciate you watching

18:14in approximately six weeks that'll give me time to edit it it's a 30-day challenge so
