00:00Hello, my name is Elias Ressler and I'm an employee at VF Warehouse.
00:11And I like working here because it's a company who treats its employees well and cares more
00:18about what you know rather than who you know.
00:26Working at VF Warehouse has made me a better person because there are a lot of horror stories
00:32at other companies, you know, being forced to work long hours and with no air conditioning.
00:39VF doesn't do any of that, so my fears of any of that happening to me are gone.
00:47It's also allowed me to get into community more because here you're treated more like
00:53family than an expendable piece of machinery.
01:03VF Warehouse is helping me with my future goals by giving me a decent paycheck, which
01:12getting any paycheck at all for someone who's autistic like me is very difficult in and
01:20of itself, but getting a place where it not only treats and pays you well for anyone is
01:30a struggle.
01:32Whenever you're buying a VF product like this hat right here, you're not only buying a product
01:41of clothing, you're also buying a chance for someone like me, a chance for a better life.
01:50My ultimate goal in life is to get a house and become independent, something which many
02:01people like me who have disabilities struggle to do.
02:07VF has made that a lot easier to accomplish, not only with the pay, but also much easier
02:18to accomplish with how well it treats its employees.
