00:00It's very, we're very excited. We've been working on the pitch with the new manager,
00:11very intense training, very tough, so it's good in the fact that the manager wants so
00:19much of us and is putting the pressure on us and he really wants to get his ways across
00:25to us. He always encourages us to ask questions to him just to understand everything and for
00:32us to grasp his concept as quickly as possible. So, you know, our first impressions is good
00:39and his character, he seems like a very humble one down to a guy which is always nice. It's
00:47good the fact that everyone is ready to go and I think everyone is excited for the new
00:53season. I think the main thing in pre-season is to get the work in and try and implement
01:02as much as we can of what the coach wants on and off the ball, getting as fit as we
01:07can so we're ready to go for the new season.
01:14He's of course a top player and he's won a lot of things in his career so having that
01:22kind of calibre of player and experience to come into the squad can only help us. I'm
01:28excited to see him again and to share the pitch with him again. He's a very kind person
01:37down to earth, works hard on the training pitch and it doesn't surprise you with the
01:46trophies he's won because that seems to be the formula when someone is a professional
01:53one and takes everything, his work seriously and wants to win. It's no surprise that he's
02:00done what he's done in his career. Now him being the captain in the national team, maybe
02:10he has that leadership role now where he's going to bring a lot of communication and
02:16leadership to the squad which will be massive for us. I think that's what I'm looking forward
02:24to most with playing him and for him to step up in a role where he can lead the team as
02:30well.
