01:04blue steel, I can get very fierce looking and so that's sort of what I channel in the Kayak Cross

01:09is knowing I can be really adaptable, I can make good decisions and be aggressive when

01:15I need to be because everyone else is going to be aggressive.

01:29With Jess we've made great sparring partners and I think we've both pushed each other forward

01:34quite a long way, she really helped me in the lead up to Prague which was my qualification event

01:38and I think there's something special about being able to just lash out on her because

01:43I know she'll forgive me, she's sister by blood so can't be mad for too long.
