Transcript
00:00Hello, this is Ria for Derby World. I am reviewing lunch at the Derby Museum Art Gallery on the Strand.
00:10It is a beefy, chickpea and spinach sandwich served with a fresh salad. I'm going to dive in.
00:20As you can see, the sandwich is made on granary bread. It has a lovely Coronation style filling.
00:40It's interesting how you would usually only see Coronation chicken filling.
00:46This is great for vegans and people who are vegetarian. I love what Derby Museums have done to make the menu inclusive and offer delicious options for all.
00:58The sandwich is part of the museum coffeehouse's lunch offering under the lunch rolls.
01:06It costs £5 for the Coronation chicken and spinach variation.
01:14There are other options available as well. You've got the ham salad option, tuna mayo and cucumber, and then cheese and beetroot.
01:24I had wanted to try the cream tea option. You can't beat a lovely cream tea. It just gives it a sense of occasion.
01:34The coffeehouse was busy so they were sold out. Maybe next time.
01:40Overall, I'm really enjoying my lunch at the Derby Museum coffeehouse and I'd definitely come here again.
