I-94 ramps severely flooded after heavy rain in Metro Detroit

00:00The ramp from I-94 East to I-696 West flooded badly. You can see it's almost to the bottom of the 11-mile overpass.

00:09A bunch of gunk in the water, almost up to the sides. It's over the freeway walls.

00:14And that ramp merges with one from I-94 Westbound to I-696 West.

00:21It, too, is flooded. That is the 11-mile overpass headed towards Gratiot.

00:25And you can see that it's flooded not quite over the wall or just to the top of it, maybe three feet, four feet there.

00:31And crews are trying to figure out how to drain all this.
