Hassan Nasrallah, the leader of Hezbollah, said that Israelis will “cry a lot because you did not know which red lines were crossed”.
Nasrallah made the comments during a video-link appearance at the funeral of Fuad Shukur, a Hezbollah commander who was killed by an air-strike in Beirut.
Israel has taken responsibility for the strike and confirmed that Shukur was the target.
Nasrallah’s speech was repeatedly interrupted by chanting from his supporters, as tensions in the region continue to grow.
