00:00So why would you change your mindset as a coach depending on the club you're in?
00:04Why be a coach if you don't want to win every game, all the time? If you look at
00:10my background is, I explain it to a few people, but I started at the age of six
00:15at Anderlecht. I had to win all my life. You know when you're six at Anderlecht
00:20you have to win the title. At seven you have to win the title. Eight, nine, ten, all
00:23the way until the end you have to be the best team. And when you play in Europe
00:26you have to win every game. In the first team sometimes it's a little bit more
00:31difficult because then the money is a little bit different as well with the
00:34other leagues. But at the youth level that's my experience. So that mindset
00:39does not stop all of a sudden because it's been there from since I was born.
00:45And it will never change and that will remain forever. So in that case I think
00:52we have a match. There's no bigger expectation from the club side than the
00:59expectations I put on myself.
