Pickled Plum on Shaved Ice in Japan!

00:00Hey guys, another video for our food and eating in Japan playlist. So these plums have been
00:08pickled and now they're being laid out in the sun to dry. So umeboshi will be
00:17the result. Umeboshi are used in all sorts of things, topping off all sorts of
00:22tasty foods. Very tasty with rice or with onigiri or pretty much anything
00:32yummy. Sometimes salted as well. Very yummy umeboshi. And then some of those
00:40umeboshi, they froze and then put on top of some shaved ice with some red bean.
00:48Right, right. Pickled plum, frozen pickled plum with red bean on shaved ice. Yummy.
