00:33Yesterday, Minister of Communications, Pamir Fazil, who is also a government spokesman, was reported saying that the government emphasizes that social media platforms are only used to control the platform and not to users or influencers.
00:48Based on the guidance provided by Gubal and in accordance with the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998, any platforms that do not have a license after January 1, 2025 can be taken into action under Section 126 of the Act.
