00:00If you missed the women's 100 meter final last night, you missed a hell of a race.
00:07It was, you know, one of those races where I wasn't shocked at what happened,
00:12but I think the world was a little bit shocked because obviously this was Sha'Carri Richardson's
00:17race to lose, and she lost it, and she was dominated. I mean, Julianne Alfred,
00:23unbelievable race from start to finish. She just dominated the race, got an amazing start,
00:29never came back, completely separated from the field. 10.72, an amazing time, and I mean,
00:36I said yesterday, Sha'Carri Richardson, if she doesn't get a good start, and typically she
00:41doesn't, she may not be able to recover from it, and last night she wasn't able to recover.
00:46Men's 100 meter final tonight. Is the winner of this race the fastest man in the world?
00:54Man, look, you gotta have, in order to have a legitimate answer to that question,
00:58you have to actually have a legitimate question. Just saying the fastest man in the world,
01:04the fastest man in the world, when, where, what, there's all kinds of other stuff to that,
01:08that nobody's asking, but this is fun. I mean, it is a lot of fun.
01:14There's no official title, there's nobody that says, we sanctioned this person the fastest
01:20man in the world. The fastest man in the world is the fastest person alive,
01:24because that means it's Usain Bolt. The Americans are going to say, it's whoever
01:28held the last title, because that makes it Noah Lyles. I don't know, it's just crazy.
01:34Do you think this is a race of favorites? Do you think this race is wide open?
01:37There are at least five people who could win it. Noah has made himself the favorite,
01:42because he's made himself the center of attention, but if you look at it from a
01:46pure numbers standpoint and a pure analytical standpoint, you'd have to say that Keshaun
01:52Thompson is not, you know, it's not going to be a shock or an upset if he wins, because he's got
01:58the fastest time in the world. What do you think happens tonight?
02:00A marker of how incredible this race is going to be. I don't feel comfortable making a prediction.
02:05So you're saying people should tune in? You should absolutely,
02:08you should absolutely watch this. I mean, it's not to be missed.
