00:19The fishermen in Bataan are already hungry, while the fish traders are still monitoring the situation.

00:25In the monitoring of the group Pamalakaya, the Salinas fish that used to be bought by fish traders for Php 120 per kilo,

00:32is now only Php 50.

00:34But when it comes to the market, it has already reached Php 200 per kilo.

00:38According to the fishermen, they are in places where there is no oil spill, far from the oil spill.

00:44But the traders are using it for the fishermen.

00:48The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources has not monitored anything like this.

00:53But because the market is in a bad condition, the price of fish has dropped to Php 20 per kilo.

00:58Also because of the oil spill, some fish vendors in Kamuning Market are selling fish that are not from Manila Bay.

01:14The B4 Region 3 is determined to save and eat the last fish from Bataan, Pampanga and Bulacan.

01:20Every day, they have sensory evaluations in different testing sites and the quality of the last fish is past.

01:27To date, some groups of fishermen are continuing to appeal for help.

01:31They have reached a severe starvation because of the reclamation of thousands of hectares of Manila Bay, which is still oil spill.

01:38The fishermen themselves are refusing to live there. They are forced to construct.

01:43If the last fish is low, the price of this will increase in the market.

01:47If the price is high, it will be a pity for the fishermen.

01:52If the production of fish is low, we will import it.

01:57The B4 Region 3 accepted the reduction of the number of last fish due to the reclamation of Manila Bay.

02:02But more than half of the fish production is from aquaculture and not from last fish.

02:07The B4 Region 3 also assured that there are people who are ready to help the affected fishermen.

02:12According to the Philippine Coast Guard, it will take another two weeks before the diesel will be shipped from MKTR Terra Nova.

02:19The ship must be stabilized before there is a siphoning.

02:23Because if you siphon it and the integrity of the ship is compromised and the ship moves and the temporary caps are removed,

02:33we may have more problems. So the priority is to seal the valves.
