73 migrants rescued at sea by Doctors Without Borders

Dozens of people were rescued off the coast in Libya after several dinghies got into trouble on Friday and Saturday.

00:08NGO performed two rescue operations off the Libyan coast. On Friday night, the organization
00:14helped 47 people after their boat got into trouble. And on Saturday morning, another
00:1926 people were rescued from another boat, all safely boarded onto a rescue ship that
00:24is now heading to its assigned port of Ravenna in Italy. The NGO says that two people refused
00:30help on Friday but were assisted later by two unmarked boats that identified themselves
00:35as the Libyan Coast Guard. And also on Saturday, the Libyan Coast Guard was spotted taking
00:4080 migrants from an overcrowded dinghy.
