00:00Tropical storm Debbie drenching Florida, dumping heavy rain through the Gulf Coast.

00:05It happened that fast when it comes through some of these businesses and residences.

00:11It's not a great feeling.

00:15Moving at a crawl, Debbie has the power to pack a punch with rainfall, storm surge and flooding, threatening cities and towns through its path.

00:23In Florida's Horseshoe Beach, residents know all too well what high waters can do.

00:28This is how high things got.

00:30Sunset Grill owner Christine Laney says the damage from Hurricane Adalia this time last year was catastrophic.

00:36People now on Debbie's track, preparing for the worst, hoping for the best.

00:41We've removed all of the equipment from within the kitchen.

00:45You may get hit with an awful lot of water, a lot of rain.

00:48Almost all of Florida under a state of emergency.

00:55She sees Guadalcanal in Tampa, which could see up to a foot of rain.

00:59Tampa Bay getting hammered by the rain with the waves crashing onto the causeway.

01:03Authorities here are worried about the surge and possible flooding from the rain.

01:19Back in Florida, residents bracing for what could be a long week ahead after what has already been a long year of recovery.

01:25It's heartbreaking, but there's not much you can do about things like this.

01:32Marissa joins us now from Horseshoe Beach, Florida, where the storm will make landfall.

01:36And Marissa, it looks like you're already getting it.

01:40Yeah, Lester, I just spoke to the mayor of Horseshoe Beach.

01:42He says he is very concerned.

01:44You can see sandbags prepped beside me, behind me.

01:47We know that there are at least seven counties under mandatory evacuation through the state of Florida.

01:5295% of this town has been evacuated, with more evacuations happening as we speak, Lester.
