09:28Finally, we are deeply saddened about the reports of human rights abuses, casualties
09:33and injuries over the weekend and past weeks.
09:36We share our deepest condolences with those who lost loved ones and those who are suffering.
09:41We are focused now on supporting an end to the violence and for accountability.
09:47All decisions regarding the interim government should be made with respect to democratic
09:51principles, rule of law, and the will of the Bangladeshi people.
09:55Based over the past few weeks and the deaths that have occurred, it is vital that we have
09:59full and transparent investigations to ensure accountability for these deaths.
10:04We focus on the Bangladeshi people's democratic aspirations and see a path to democratic governance.
10:11The United States has provided, I'm going to try to do the number from memory, I think
10:16it's around $2 billion to assist with refugees in Bangladesh, and I don't have any immediate
