A unique geological phenomenon is transforming the world of wine in a small, coastal Croatian town.

00:00This is a relatively new way of storing wine under the sea, although the long-term effects of wine are still to be explored,

00:26but the influence of freshwater and seawater gives a special uniqueness to the whole story,

00:33especially for the reason that drinking water has different temperatures than seawater, and what is specific is also mineral.

00:42This is the fourth time we have taken wine out of the sea. I must admit that the results are surprising.

01:00This is not the first time we have put it into the sea. I was a little skeptical, but I have to admit defeat.
