00:17World No. 24 vaulter Ernest John Albiena missed a medal finish in the 2024 Paris Olympics after winding up fourth in the men's pole vault final held at the Stade de France earlier in the day.

00:36The 28-year-old athlete owns the Asian record of 6.0 meters but could only clear 5.90 meters in the tournament. Albiena missed the 5.95 meters after three attempts.

00:48Despite falling short in securing a medal in Olympics, Albiena completed his Paris journey higher than his 11th place result in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
