Government Focus Irrigation Projects in AP: రాష్ట్రంలో పోలవరం సహా ఆరు ప్రాజెక్టులకు తొలి ప్రాధాన్యం కింద పూర్తి చేయాలని ప్రభుత్వం లక్ష్యాన్ని నిర్దేశించుకుంది. పోలవరానికి కేంద్రం సాయం అందనుండగా రాష్ట్రం నిర్మించనున్న మరో ఐదింటికి 8వేల734 కోట్లు అవసరమని తేల్చారు. ఈ మేరకు జలవనరులశాఖ తాజా ప్రణాళికలో స్పష్టం చేసింది. మొత్తంగా 1.71 లక్షల ఎకరాల కొత్త ఆయకట్టు సాగులోకి రానుండగా 14 లక్షల ఎకరాలకు పైగా స్థిరీకరణ జరగనుంది.
