00:00Additional documents were submitted to the NBI by Nino and Sandro Mulac.

00:05This is in connection with the complaint against the two independent contractors of the GMA.

00:15Nino Mulac and his son, Sparkle Artist, Sandro Mulac, again went to the NBI's office in Quezon City.

00:24They submitted a few more documents to confirm their complaint against the two individuals.

00:30Nino also gave his official statement to the NBI.

00:34But the father refused to be interviewed.

00:37The body of a hotel also arrived where the incident that the father was complaining about happened

00:44in order to submit the CCTV footage submitted by the NBI.

00:49The NBI or the father, Mulac, did not state what the case was and who the complainants were.

00:57But the lawyer of the two independent contractors of the GMA Network confirmed

01:02that his clients, Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz, were the ones who filed the complaint.

01:09They also received a subpoena from the NBI Public Corruption Division

01:14for a hearing on Friday afternoon.

01:17Nones and Cruz are now being investigated by Sandro's GMA Home Network

01:23after they were complained by a young actor last week.

01:27When Sandro filed the written complaint with GMA,

01:31we already gave them notice of preventive suspension pending the investigation

01:37and we constituted an independent body to conduct the formal impartial investigation of the case.

01:46And of course, we have to abide by the rules of due process.
