What is the reason behind the fear of death? How can we get rid of this fear?

00:00Why are we afraid of death?
00:04Because you feel, I am this body, I am Rosa, I will die one day.
00:15But really, due to ignorance, you are believing that I am Rosa, and Rosa will die.
00:22But soul, you yourself, you don't know who am I, and you are believing that I am Rosa.
00:29That's why you believe that I will die, and that's called, I am Rosa, is called egoism.
00:37Egoism has fear, I am going to die.
00:41But once you get self-realization, I am not Rosa, I am pure soul,
00:47and soul never dies, never taking birth, then that fear will go away.
00:55I am pure soul, I am permanent, I am not going to die.
01:00Body, just like we are changing clothes, very similarly soul will change this body,
01:07but soul remains permanent, so doesn't have any fear, I am going to die.
01:13Due to ignorance, whatever we have, charged karma, that's why birth and death is coming.
01:20When we stop charging of new karma, then automatically discharge of new karma will not be there,
01:28no new body, so soul gets total liberation, ultimate moksha.
01:38So due to ignorance, we have fear of birth and death.
01:44By knowledge of self-realization, we will come out from all these fears.
